The initial problem, or what was at the origin of cooperation

From the establishment of Ydistri to the arrival of HR Managerka, all records and documentation of employees and contractors were carried out in Excel spreadsheets. From a time point of view, it was quite difficult to get to the necessary information, create reports, record all employee data or prepare handover and handover logs. The most time was occupied by sending enrolment questionnaires and their subsequent filling in Excel, preparing employment contracts, registering company assets, writing them out manually in handover protocols and then assigning them to employees.

Solving the problem thanks to PINYA HR

In 2022, Ydistri decided to implement PINYA HR staffing software. Thanks to him, they were able to connect the entire personnel agenda, unite, and above all come up with new and better solutions to work more efficiently and save time in the administration. Currently, the pre-onboarding phase takes only a few minutes, based on the generation of a personal questionnaire, thanks to which the necessary data is automatically filled in. Now in Pinyi they can record on the employee card all important data, including the current vacation balance, vacation draw, payroll, variable folder and signed documents.

We consider Pinya HR software to be one of best decisions in coherence with HRIS implementation. Thanks to this software, we have the ability to record all the data of the participants in one place, easily understandable, intuitive and without the need for additional excels. We can generate each necessary report with three clicks and set it on my server so that it automatically and continuously goes to my e-mail. It saved me a lot of time, but here's my colleague, because within the framework of one tool we can pre-ensure everything necessary: onboarding, evidence of employees, performance, and reporting.
