In JABLOTRON The most appreciated in PINYI is the Onboarding module, which helped us digitize the whole process — we got rid of email sending questionnaires and forms, we tweaked our onboarding page and thus our new colleagues get comprehensive information about their first days in one place. The e-Learning module is also beneficial, thanks to which we managed to digitize some trainings for THP employees and record their completion in the Training module. In turn, the Questionnaires module gives us the opportunity to automatically collect valuable feedback, which is the basis for further personal meetings with employees. The ability to request absenteeism not only on the computer, but also in the mobile application allows you to operationally solve various life situations and have the absence approved by the supervisor. Data in documents are generated directly using tokens, this speeds up the issuance of labor-legal documentation and at the same time eliminates the possibility of error when entering data manually. PINYA is a management software that offers many features for HR professionals, employees and their managers, however, it does not capture the interconnectedness of payroll processing and human resources and all the complexities of attendance, e.g. in exchange operations. We are looking forward to introducing electronic signing and gradually discovering modules that we do not yet use.
