Inveo.cz is a Czech company engaged in e-commerce services. It creates complex web projects, e-shop management and implementation of complete creative campaigns. The initial problem, or what was at the origin of cooperation
Since the company was founded until March 2022, when the cooperation with PINYA started, the company did not use any HR software. Initially, there was no need for this, inveo.cz is a smaller company by the number of employees, so management of the HR agenda was solved using various tools.

I also like that the PINYA team is constantly trying to push and update the software with additional functionality, also based on customer feedback. “
We initially introduced the Pinya system primarily as an HR system for attendance records and at the same time employee information in one place. However, at the same time it offered us many other functions that I like to use as HR very much. It deprived me of many other spreadsheets and gave me the ability to share information with employees. It has also replaced communication and IT records well. Very me made it easier to work with documents and create them, record keeping and sharing information with managers and, for example, payroll accountant.
