What does the module do?
Capture specific information that isn't part of standard fields and simply customize it to fit your business needs. In the Pinya HR environment, you set your own fields, select their type, and specify where to display them. This allows you to record, for example, skills, company equipment or specific contract notes. Data from these fields are clearly displayed in employee cards and in reports. And in addition, they can be automatically inserted into document templates via tokens.
