What does the module do?
Checklists, or to-do lists, are best used for activities that take place according to a predetermined scenario. Typically, these are entrys/departures of employees or celebrations of birthdays and work anniversaries, but you can create a checklist for any purpose. You define a stack of tasks that this or that activity asks to do, and break down who, what, and when will do it.
