Whistleblowing Act
As of August 1, 2023, the Whistleblower Protection Act is effective, which determines the obligations for employers. It distinguishes two groups of firms, with different terms applying to each of them.
For companies that employ More than 249 employees, new obligations began to apply to August 1, 2023.
Employers who have more than 50, but less than 250 employees, they had until 15 December 2023 to fulfil the obligation.
