What does the module do?
Significant time savings for HR professionals and employees in the form of a module for electronic signing. Let your employees sign envelopes electronically — simply, in a few clicks and guaranteed validity of a guaranteed electronic signature. Thanks to electronic signatures, you no longer need to archive documents in paper form.
Signed envelopes are legally binding and verifiable thanks to a qualified electronic seal, time stamp and digital certificates, which are locked for changes in accordance with the legislation of the Czech Republic and the EU. Everything is certified according to ISO 27001 in accordance with GDPR. In order to further enhance the security and credibility of electronic signing, we verify the identity of the person acting through an SMS code when signing.
The module was created in cooperation with an established service DigiSign and tested in detail from a user and legal point of view by a law firm NIRRIS.
What documents can be signed by electronic signature in Pinya HR?
You can use Pinya HR's electronic signature on a wide range of documents, including those relating to the conclusion or amendment of an employment contract or termination agreement.
Strict conditions apply to documents related to unilateral termination (e.g. immediate termination, termination during probationary period, termination of employment, FTE, LTC). Therefore, we do not recommend signing these types of documents with an electronic signature in Pinya HR.
However, after the latest amendment to the Labour Code, most HR documents can be signed, so it's the perfect time to start using electronic signatures as your standard method of signing.

FAQ
How much does an electronic signature cost?
You don’t pay for a single signature, but for a signed envelope with documents. The first four signed envelopes are free. Each additional signed envelope of documents costs 0.80 €.
When do I pay for a signed document?
Invoices are paid retrospectively.
At what point is the signed document charged?
At the moment you send it for signing.
Do I have to pay an activation fee to run the e-signing module?
There is no fee to activate the module.
What do I need to activate the module?
Activation and deactivation of the module takes place directly in our customer portal. The module is operational immediately after activation.
What do I need for an electronic signature?
Only the email address and mobile phone number of the employee.
