We consider Pinya HR software to be one of best decisions in coherence with HRIS implementation. Thanks to this software, we have the ability to record all the data of the participants in one place, easily understandable, intuitive and without the need for additional excels. We can generate each necessary report with three clicks and set it on my server so that it automatically and continuously goes to my e-mail. It saved me a lot of time, but here's my colleague, because within the framework of one tool we can pre-ensure everything necessary: onboarding, evidence of employees, performance, and reporting. I very much appreciate the friendly and quick approach of consultant Dita, who is always willing to give me advice. Currently, we started using the News module, which allows us to receive fresh news as part of communication to the company, and the Checklists module, which ensures that when onboarding the visitor does not get caught up in anything.

Most of all, I appreciate the possibility of generating documents and electronic signatures, which makes it easier to work with remote employees. The clear and intuitive interface saves a lot of time and simplifies communication and management, whether it's day-to-day administration or collaboration with managers.
The software has helped us digitize some HR processes and so get rid of piles of papers and spreadsheets. Initially, we wanted to use Pinya HR only for system registration of employees and approval of holidays, but now we are also trying other functions that it offers and there are not a few of them. We also consider it a great added value that they are constantly adapting to the needs of companies and taking the system further.
